Pramote hold an LL.M. in International Trade Law from University of Technology, Sydney, Australia and LL.B. with the First Honors from University of the Thai Chamber of Commerce. Pramote specializes in handling corporate and commercial aspects particularly expertise in contract drafting as well as advising on merger, acquisition and other commercial transactions for foreign direct investment in Thailand. Pramote also has an extensive experience in negotiating with several governmental agencies for complicate matters in order to obtain approval and license for investors doing business in Thailand. Pramote is a member of the Lawyers Council of Thailand and the Thai Bar Association.
